By using the WassapAIBot AI Chatbot (“Chatbot”) on WhatsApp Business, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use the Chatbot.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Chatbot constitutes agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

The Chatbot provides automated responses to user inquiries via WhatsApp Business. It is not a human-operated service and may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Chatbot.
  • By using the Chatbot, you confirm compliance with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Chatbot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Share sensitive personal data (e.g., financial details, passwords).
  • Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Chatbot’s infrastructure.

Data Handling

  • No Retention: All chat data is automatically deleted within 24 hours and not stored long-term.
  • No Backups: We do not retain copies of conversations.
  • WhatsApp Data: Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

Disclaimers

  • “As Is” Service: The Chatbot is provided without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability for specific purposes.
  • Third-Party Risks: We are not responsible for WhatsApp’s service interruptions or data practices.

Limitation of Liability

WassapAIBot is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from Chatbot use (e.g., reliance on responses, technical errors).
  • Third-party actions (e.g., WhatsApp outages, security breaches).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Chatbot for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
